Sem Giesbers 

Sem Giesbers’ motorsport journey began behind the wheel of a simulator. From a young age, he immersed himself in competitive sim racing, developing precision, consistency, and racecraft at a very high level. By the time he stepped into real-world racing at just 15 years old, Sem had already proven his talent online, reaching an iRating of over 8500 and placing him among the top 0.01% of sim racers worldwide.

Sim racing continues to play a key role in Sem’s development as a driver. In recognition of his performance and potential, he was selected as a Williams F1 Team Gaming Academy Driver, where he works with the team to further develop his skills and compete in high-level esports events.

During his sim racing career, Sem has competed in several of the most prestigious endurance events in the virtual racing world. He raced twice in the 24 Hours of Spa, competing against elite drivers including Max Verstappen, with a best overall finish of 20th out of 50 top teams. In addition, he competed in the 6 Hours of Watkins Glen, finishing 7th in the LMP2 class against 13 professional teams.
